Caveflow
This was the final project i did for school. At school we have a Cave setup,
if you are not familiar with the Cave concept i invite you to read the wikipedia
article about it here.
The Caveflow concept is based on the coverflow concept found in iTunes. Coverflow shows the user a number of covers,
which are built from the user's music library.
The cave setup at school had a lot of demo's installed, but no easy way of launching all these demos. We took it upon ourselves to create a launcher application for the Cave, utilizing the Cave's intuitive controls. Hence, Caveflow was born! Features:
- Creating a launcher platform for Cave applications.
- Utilize the Cave controls for launching applications.
- Each application is represented by a cover.
- Give the user a immersive feeling by surrounding him/her with the covers.
- Created in C++ using OpenGL and VRJuggler.
